7 POUNDS DOWN. 1 Week KETO DIET

From 165 to 158. We are making progress. Goal Weight: 145

I hate going with the trends, but something had to change. I kept seeing people promote this Keto diet and I thought, welp vegan isn’t working out for me, so I guess I’ll give it a shot. It’s been one week and I can say that I am truly satisfied. I’ve done a lot of research about this Keto (low carb) Diet and I’m deciding to continue this journey for 3 more weeks. I really want to try and go back vegan afterwards.

Now, I’m a bit ashamed because I literally eat out everyday 🤦🏾‍♀️ But even with eating out, I still managed to lose 7 pounds 💃🏽 I ate a lot of salad, eggs and chicken wings. I worked 3 of these nights, so my eating schedule was a bit off. This upcoming week (starting Monday 😂) I do plan to meal prep and start eating more VEGETABLES! I hate veggies, 😩 but I don’t want this diet to be a quick fix. I've read numerous reviews on people gaining their weight back quick when they don't keep up with eating healthy or working out afterwards. You need to incorporate veggies into your daily meals, it’s super important. S/O to my Facebook peeps for telling me how to season my veggies to make them delicious 😋 My water intake is also trash, so I’m praying to get better with that as well. 2x-Chicken and Veggies with Teriyaki sauce w/o sugar
Blueberries

(6/9) Day 2

Shiiiiiiiitttt, I ate some In-N-Out 🔥 for breakfast. It was protein style though, that’s healthy right 🤔
Cup of Collard Greens
Cobb salad with ranch
Glass of Wine

(6/10)
4 slices of turkey bacon
Boiled Egg
Cup of mixed strawberries and blueberries
Cheese stick
Large Chef salad (turkey breast,ham,Swiss cheese,carrots and ranch)

NO MORE FRUIT!

Eggs white, grilled chicken and cheese
12 grilled nuggets (Chick-Fila) (Buffalo Sauce)
Side salad (Ranch Dressing/Half package)
Grilled Chicken Burger w/o bun and tomato (Chick-Fila)

Chipotle bowl-Steak,barbacoa, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce.
2 cheese sticks
Quest bar
