Whew Chile, Fuck this DIET shit! Now I tried to be fancy in my last post and call it a lifestyle, but ITS NOT A LIFESTYLE FOR ME! Now I know y’all thinking, this hoe bipolar, and according to google search, I am. Pray for me.
This diet was fun (whispers:not really) while it lasted. I dropped a few pounds and I am very satisfied with my body. Overall I felt very energized, but I couldn’t get over the mild constipation part and the frequent sugar headaches. I also had some cheat daysssssss 🤷🏽♀️ filled with pancakes and fried chicken and I realized that food is my happiness.
I’m going to try my hardest to eat healthier, but I will definitely be enjoying whatever I’m craving in moderation. I got bored wayyyy to easily with this Keto Diet and I began to struggle because I’m not a big fan of meat anymore after being vegan for 6 months. If you’re trying to get a jump start on losing a few pounds I say do it 🤷🏽♀️ but if it’s not for you, chunk that shit up and eat cookies (in moderation). I’m not hitting y’all with anymore diets anytime soon okkuuurrr. I plan to stay active and eat healthy 74% of the time to stay in shape. As always continue to pray for me and these fitness struggles 🏽
