KETO WEEK 3
*disclaimer* As stated in previous blogs, I lose and gain weight easily. I don't feel like arguing with y'all if your process is not as fast. Everyone's body works differently. I think you'll be great regardless though :)

Me: I’ll keep you guys updated on my fitness journey, and then I post no fitness journey 😩 Look I have a real life too. I work 36 hours a week, I’m a wife 24hours of the day, I’m grinding, and Beyoncé just dropped an album and I had to learn all the words 💁🏽♀️
This Keto Lifestyle has been really good to me 🙏🏽 I’ve had a few slip ups (Halo Top Ice Cream & Apples) but for the most part, I’ve been pretty consistent. I tried to stop eating out so much so I’ve been cooking a lot of my own meals. I also workout 3-4 times a week. I eat a lot of fish, chicken, and eggs. I’ve been researching a-lot about the Keto Lifestyle and realized that I need to add wayyy more fat to my diet. If you guys have any suggestions or advice please let me know 😁 I am struggling when it comes to the fat part. I can only eat so many avocados. Cool Fact- at work the other day I realized we had one of our patients on “The Keto Diet” I started researching why and I found out that it’s been proven to help people with neurological disorders. I just thought that was amazing! Although this lifestyle has helped me slim down, I don’t think that this will be a long term lifestyle for me. Since I’ve experienced both the Vegan & The Keto Lifestyle, I’ve learned a lot about the long term effects this lifestyle has on your body. Check out my KetoVsVegan blog for more details. I lost weight on both lifestyles, but do enjoy the Vegan Life more. Here’s a small sample of things I’ve been eating over the weeks on my Keto Diet.
Breakfast- 2 Eggs, Turkey Bacon, Half of an Avocoda
Breakfast Sandwiches w/o Bun- sausage, bacon, egg with sugar free jelly.
Snack- Nuts, Salami with Cheese, Celery with Ranch, Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, almond butter, Quest Bars (you can bake these and make them cookies 🤪, Strawberries with whipped cream and Pickles.
Lunch- Mushrooms Spinach and Peppers, A lot of Jimmy Deans Meat Lovers Simple Scramble with plain Creme Cheese and half an avocado 🔥, Salads-all kinds, Bun-less Guac turkey burger
Dinner- Lettuce wrapped tacos, Steak with cauliflower mash seasoned & with butter, A lot of Green Beans, Broccoli with cheese, Lettuce wrapped homemade burgers, Bacon Wrapped Sausage, Shrimp, Salmon, Crab Legs with butter.
I think I lost about 10 pounds in a month. My goal is to lose 10 more if my hubby allows. He likes ass toooooo much 😂 Pray for me 🙏🏽
