How's Your Diet?

This is literally the best explanation for my diet.

SIS, it’s 12am and I am sitting here writing blogs eating a delicious healthy bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. I don’t feel guilty about it though. Maybe because I worked out today. Okay, I’m bullshitting I don’t even know if I’m hungry or if I’m just eating out of boredom at this point.

Y’all I done fell off the healthy bandwagon HARD. I went grocery shopping today and straight rolled my eyes picking up the zucchini. I got a bag of spinach in the fridge I need to throw away. I really need a serious motivation partner if your’e down. Working out has never been an issue. I enjoy working out, I don’t enjoy eating grass all damn day. I want some Pizza Rolls with ranch and hot sauce. Somebody please help me. I often have periods when I fall into a “Fuck The Health” documentary period. I get so upset with myself because I know better! I know what these foods do to my health and body and yet I just keep on smacking on them. It’s like running into a fire. Whew, pray for me y’all. I’m sure I’ll be back preaching to y’all soon about healthy living, which I do believe is extremely important. However, we all fall off from time to time and that’s okay. Until next time :)
