New Year, Same Key
Happy New Years Bbbiiittcchheesss! I brought my New Year in on the couch eating hot lays with sour cream (It’s my crack), while watching John Gray preach the good word (Lakewood Church Online). I’m TRYING to be vegan again though 🤗
😩 Welp, y’all know it’s a New Year, Same Me, so I had to bring it in real fake bougie in this bomb fur coat from Shop Akira. I had this coat since September and this is my first time being able to wear it due to Dallas bipolar weather. Now look, y’all know this coat was over my budget, so I must have really liked it! When I die, I’m getting buried in this coat! I added a simple black midi dress from Forever 21 with some black pleather boots from Boohoo. Oh, I made my own purse 💃🏽 we will talk about that later 😉 Are you feeling my red eyeliner? I have really been into the color eyeliners and color lashes 🙌🏾 you can expect that all 2K18.
Okay, okay, Now lets talk some shit. Did you write down your goals for the year? One of my biggest goals is to stay organized. 😩 Y’all I be all over the place! I also want to be more consistent with my blog and social media. I’ve found myself stirring away from it because as we all know, it can be very toxic at times. I’ve decided to set time limits to when I can get on and how long I can stay on. This includes Facebook, Snapchat, and IG. I’m also going to start listening more and talking less. Sometimes it’s best to work in silence. I learned this past year that people will pray on your downfall. It’s something that I’m still trying to understand. They don’t want to see your girl glow up 😂 I learned that you can’t share your ideas and creativity with people. It’s just a big FUCK NO. Trust me, I’ve learned the hard way. Instead of being angry about it, I turned that negativity into motivation. Now I’m grinding harder than ever. Always make sure to stay positive, even to those who you know are malicious to you! It makes the glow up even better 🙃 I won’t even remember them in the next year so their judgement is shot straight to hell.
On a positive note Snap and I have finally launched our YouTube channel 👏🏽 THE DOTSONS. Starting out we will be posting at least 1 video a week talking all the shit fresh AF 😂 Make sure y’all subscribe. We’ve also been working really hard on another project!
